| 摘 要： | 目的/意义]虚拟社区已成为大众知识共享的主要渠道，识别与分析互联网环境下虚拟社区知识共享的关键影响因素，对科学评价虚拟社区知识共享效果，促进网络用户信息资源开发利用具有重要意义。方法/过程]通过文献研究法，构建了基于在线用户、知识属性、虚拟社区平台、知识共享情境4个维度下虚拟社区知识共享影响的指标体系；在专家打分的基础上，运用DEMEATEL方法分析因素间的因果关系，根据影响因素的中心度和原因度构建并分析因素关系网络图；最后，利用DANP方法确定各指标因素的权重。结果/结论]识别出知识效用、用户共享意愿、知识质量、信任与认知距离、共享氛围是影响虚拟社区知识共享的关键因素。

| Abstract: | Purpose/Significance] Virtual community has become the main channel of knowledge sharing.Identifying and analyzing the influencing factors of knowledge sharing under the Internet environment is of great significance for evaluation of the knowledge sharing performance and promoting knowledge sharing and creation in virtual community.Method/Process] Establish the knowledge sharing influence factor system which was based on four dimensions of online user,knowledge attribute,virtual community and knowledge sharing situation aspect through scientific literature review.Then the DEMEATEL method was used to build an influential network relationship map (INRM) that could explore the parameter inter-relationships within the various dimensions and criteria,and discern cause-and-effect associations based on the score which got by experts' evaluation.Last,using the DANP method to calculate the weight of the index factors.Result/Conclusion] The analysis showed that knowledge effectiveness,user sharing willingness,knowledge quality,trust,cognitive distance and the sharing atmosphere were the key factors that affect the virtual community knowledge sharing. |
