| 摘 要： | 在全媒体时代着力探讨学术出版转型与图书馆的责任，拓展图书馆服务的生长点，重塑图书馆出版服务的内涵与外延。在探索学术出版发展趋势的基础上，采用文献调研法和案例分析法，搜集国内外图书馆出版服务的相关案例，指出学术出版数字化变革对图书馆的影响以及二者的融合路径。图书馆应该树立大媒体大出版理念，培养用户开放出版的信息素养，通过多种模式促进学术出版向数字出版与OA出版发展，提升图书馆参与学术出版的核心竞争力，推动我国学术出版的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | The paper discussed the responsibility of the transformation of Scholarly publishing and library in Omnimedia era,expanded the field of library service,reshaped the connotation and denotation of publishing service.On the basis of exploring the development trend of Scholarly publishing,using literature research method and case study method,collecting the library publishing service cases both at home and abroad a,the paper pointed out that Scholarly publishing digital revolution to the influence of the library and the fusion path s of the two.Libraries should establish omnimedia publishing idea,develop information literacy on OA to the user,to promote scholarly publishing to digital publishing and OA publishing development through a variety of patterns,enhance the core competitiveness of library to participate in Scholarly publishing,promote the development of Scholarly publishing in China. |
