| 摘 要： | 选取10个美国典型区域图书馆联盟，从联盟起源、愿景、目标、管理体制、运行机制、服务内容等方面进行研究，探析联盟成功经验，总结出美国区域图书馆联盟成功的启示：明确愿景、确定目标、稳固联盟根基；科学化管理体制、有效化运行机制、保障联盟运作；深化传统服务、延展新兴服务、保持联盟活力。

| Abstract: | Through 10 representative regional library consortia of America studied from consortium origins,vision and goals,management system,operation mechanism,service content,etc,the paper summarized successful experience,gained enlightenment:clear vision and goals were the solid foundation,scientific management system and effective operation mechanism were the guarantee of consortium,deepened the traditional services and extended new services to keep the consortium energy. |
