| 摘 要： | 本文阐述了民族高校图书馆文化建设的要求、内涵和策略,探讨了图书馆职能发挥与图书馆文化建设的相互关系,指出了民族高校图书馆文化建设在少数民族大学生素质教育和民族观教育、民族文化遗产保护、民族地区旅游发展等方面的积极作用。

| Abstract: | This paper expounded the requirements,the connotations and the strategies of culture building of domestic national university library,and discussed the relationship between the functions and the culture building of the library.Then it pointed out that the culture building of national university library had a positive role in minority university students’ quality education and national view education,national culture heritage protection,tourism development in the ethnic minority areas,etc. |
