图书馆学科服务知识整合情境分析

摘    要:知识整合是图书馆学科服务创新活动的先决条件,然而情境因素对图书馆学科服务知识整合影响深远.在分析情境、图书馆学科服务及其知识整合相关概念基础上,构建了图书馆学科服务知识整合情境分析模型,具体探讨该模型中诸要素相互之间的作用机理,认为情境因素对图书馆学科服务知识整合能力存在显著正相关关系,而学科服务知识整合能力在情境和学科服务知识整合新绩效之间起到有效的调节作用,将为提升图书馆学科服务创新绩效理论研究与实践活动提供一个新思路、新方法.

Abstract:Knowledge integration is a prerequisite for library subject services innovation activities, but situational factors are far-reaching on library subject services knowledge integration.Through literature review in which found that the situation is the subject of an important component of knowledge integration services, a library subject service knowledge integration situational analysis model is built, the paper discussed in detail the various elements of each model, mechanism of action, and made recommendations, and the article considered that the situation factors were positive correlation of library subject services knowledge integration capability, then library subject services knowledge integration capability played an effective role of the situation and library subject services knowledge integration innovation performance, would enhance library subject services innovation performance in the academic performance theory research and practice to provide a new thinking, new methods.
