| Abstract: | This paper built an evaluation model about the implementation of Jilin province Science and Technology Policy,and discussed each of the three stages about the implementation of science and technology policies. To each of the three stages of the implementation, this paper built three models. This kind of study will be help to product and implement the better science and technology policy. |
