| Abstract: | This paper introduced the institutional repository research elements,and pointed out that content owners were the key elements in the construction of institutional repository.By detailed analysis of the content owners and other institutional repository elements relationship,the author proposed that the successful construction of institutional repository need fully consider content owners' demands. |
