| 摘 要： | 通过剖析和谐文化的概念与内涵，以图书馆对和谐文化的社会作用作为切入点，在分析和谐文化与图书馆相互关系的基础上，指出图书馆的社会专属地位对发展和谐文化的作用是不可或缺的，并同时指出图书馆的核心价值融于社会主义和谐文化建设中。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the conception and the content of harmonious culture,the paper took the social function of library in harmonious culture as the starting point.The paper pointed out the function of library to harmonious culture's development is indispensable and the library's core value into the construction of harmonious culture based on the analysis of the relationship of harmonious culture and library. |
