| Abstract: | To enhance Beijing' s independent innovation capability,it is of vital importance to strengthen the research and promotion of technological innovation methods(RPTIM).This paper contains the current status and problems in RPTIM of Beijing,introduces new international trends of RPTIM,and finally proposes measures and suggestions for strengthening the PRTIM of Beijing. |
