| 摘 要： | 学术质量是科技期刊的立身之本.但科技期刊提升学术质量目前存在着种种阻碍.提出了科技期刊特别是学术型期刊提升学术质量过程中存在的6大瓶颈问题,包括内容上的综合性直接制约影响因子、期刊编辑与科研缺乏融合而形成"源头受阻"、期刊人才队伍建设滞后、学术成果传播速度不快、运营体制机制及手段比较落后、期刊国际化程度低等,并在深入剖析的基础上提出了针对性的对策建议.
