摘    要:SaaS方式有助于中小企业快速实现信息化并有效降低企业的实施成本和实施风险.本研究以技术接受模型(TAM)为主要理论基础并根据管理型SaaS和中小企业的特征对其进行扩展,将风险感知、信任、结构保证、管理适应性、技术支持、企业形象及财务成本等因子同时引入TAM,构建了基于TAM的中小企业管理型SaaS消费决策模型.

Abstract:SaaS can help companies rapidly build information system and reduce implementation costs and risk.In this study,we applied technology acceptance model(TAM) as the main theoretical basis and expanded it in accordance with characteristics of SaaS.Risk perception,trust,structural assurance,adaptability of management,technical support,corporate image and economic costs were introduced into TAM.A SaaS consumer decision-making model based on TAM for SMEs was constructed.
