| 摘 要： | 中小企业是商业生态系统中参与合作及创新的重要主体,其商业模式在企业绩效和持续发展中起到了关键作用。为探索中小企业的商业模式特性与企业绩效间的关系,对江浙290家中小企业进行数据调研与分析。研究发现:中小企业商业模式的价值共创性和创新性对其绩效具有显著的正向作用,商业模式的难以模仿性在价值共创性、创新性与企业绩效间起到显著的中介作用。研究结论一方面深化了商业模式特性与绩效之间的作用机理,另一方面为中小企业通过改善商业模式特性提升绩效提供实践参考。

Cooperation and Innovation: An Empirical Study on Relations between Business Model Characteristics and Firm Performance of Small and Medium Enterprises |

| Abstract: | Small and medium enterprises are of vital importance to business ecosystem in cooperative innovation, whose business model play key roles in their performance and sustainable development. In order to research the relations between business model characteristics and enterprise performance of small and medium enterprises, the study collected 290 small and medium enterprises located in Jiangsu and Zhejiang province to test the hypothesis, which showed that value co-creation and innovation of business model have significant positive impacts on enterprise financial performance, which are both realized through the intermediary role of Inimitability. The conclusion has not only found out the relationship between the business model characteristics and firm performance, but also given some useful solutions for small and medium enterprises to improve performance by mordifying business model. |
