| 摘 要： | 全面质量管理和创新是企业获取竞争优势的两种路径，但对两者之间的关系一直存在争论。本文考察了全面质量管理起源与发展、创新的概念与分类，回顾了全面质量管理对创新的影响，分析了全面质量管理与创新辩证关系，提出了一个整合性概念框架：全面创新质量管理概念、特点和三个重要推力。

| Abstract: | Abstract: Total quality management and innovation are two paths for companies to gain competitive advantage, but there has been debate about the relationship between the two. This paper examines the origin and development of total quality management and the concept and classification of innovation, reviews the impact of total quality management on innovation, analyzes the dialectical relationship between total quality management and innovation, and proposes an integrated conceptual framework: Total innovation quality management concept, Features and three important thrusts. |
