| 摘 要： | 本文使用2007-2016年这十年的数据,运用随机前沿分析模型分析了我国知识产权政策对投入效率的影响状况。采用柯布—道格拉斯生产函数测算了我国知识产权投入效率水平与相关生产要素的关系模型。通过技术无效率方程考察了知识产权投入效率的政策影响因素。研究结果表明,对于知识产权投入效率,创造和运用政策工具有显著的正向影响,而保护和管理政策工具有负向影响。

Research on the Efficiency Evaluation of Intellectual Property Policy Based on SFA |

| Abstract: | Using the stochastic frontier analysis model, the influence of intellectual property policy on investment efficiency was analyzed based on the data of 10 years from 2007 to 2016. By adopting Cobb-Douglas production function, the model for investment efficiency and production factors of intellectual property were discussed. The technical inefficiency equation was established to analyze the policy factors. The results show that for the intellectual property investment efficiency, the policy tools of creation and application have positive effects, and the policy tools of protection and management have negative effects. |
