| 摘 要： | 以CNKI数据库为平台,利用KDN知识发现网络平台KNS6.6版中的可视化分析功能对专利运营这一主题进行全方位、多维度可视化分析,掌握该主题知识脉络及发展态势,在对文献内容进行梳理总结的基础上提出专利运营既要正确引导积极发展,也需要依法规制等观点。

The Literature Analysis and Revelation for Operation of PatentCui Huimin liu Langwei |

| Abstract: | Using the visual analysis function in KNS6.6 network platform with KDN knowledge, this paper, based on CNKI data base, employs the operation of patent as a topic to deal with a visual analysis from omnibearingSand multi factors. Through this visual analysis, we make up a sequence of main ideas of patent operation and its development trend. Moreover summarized and analyzed the previous literatures is also included. According to the analysis result, we conclude that the operation of patent needs obey the relevant laws when it develops in the right way. In addition to, the operation of patent should also be close the service technology. |
