摘    要:在共享经济的社会发展背景下,组织价值驱动已成为实现企业转型的重要导向,反映出企业新的管理模式的变化,对企业创新绩效提升和发展前景具有重要影响。文章借助利益相关者理论,对中国情境下制造型企业员工的问卷调查,通过引入多元包容和变革型领导力的视角,运用结构方程模型的研究方法,探讨组织价值驱动对企业创新绩效的作用机理。研究发现:组织价值驱动对多元包容呈现正向影响;多元包容直接作用于企业创新绩效;组织价值驱动对企业创新绩效表现出正向作用;多元包容在组织价值驱动与创新绩效的关系中起部分中介作用;变革型领导力分别对多元包容和企业创新绩效产生积极影响,且在组织价值驱动、多元包容与创新绩效之间的作用过程起到了一定的调节作用。研究结论对于推动制造型企业的组织价值驱动的理念转换及变革型领导力的提升,多元包容体系的建设及企业创新绩效的改善产生积极地理论和实践指导意义。

Research on the Impact of Organizational Value Driven on Innovation Performance: Multi-inclusive Intermediary and Transformation of Transformational Leadership
Abstract:In the context of the social development of the sharing economy, value-driven has become an important guide to the transformation of enterprises, reflecting the changes in the new management model of enterprises, which has an important impact on the improvement of corporate innovation performance and development prospects.With the help of stakeholder theory, through the survey of employees in manufacturing enterprises in the Chinese context, the perspective of multi-inclusive and transformative leadership is introduced, and the structure-model model is constructed to explore the mechanism of value-driven innovation performance. The study finds that value-driven has a positive impact on multi-inclusiveness; multi-inclusive directly affects corporate innovation performance; value-driven has a positive effect on corporate innovation performance; multi-inclusiveness plays a partial role in the relationship between enterprise value-driven and innovation performance transformational leadership has a positive impact on diversity and corporate innovation performance, and plays a role in regulating the role of value-driven, multi-inclusive and innovative performance. The research conclusions have positive theoretical and practical guiding significance for promoting the value-driven concept transformation of manufacturing enterprises and the improvement of transformational leadership, the construction of multi-inclusive systems and the improvement of corporate innovation performance.
