| 摘 要： | 为探究人才创新高地建设的政策效应，基于269个地级及以上城市的数据，将人才创新高地建设作为一次准自然实验，运用多期双重差分法研究人才创新高地建设对城市经济高质量发展的影响机制。研究结果表明，人才创新高地建设显著提高了城市经济高质量发展水平，城市创新能力在人才创新高地建设赋能城市经济高质量发展中起正向调节作用。异质性分析结果显示，人才创新高地建设对规模较大城市和中西部城市的经济高质量发展影响效果更显著。进一步机制研究表明，人才创新高地建设通过提高城市的科技投入水平进而促进城市经济高质量发展。

Research on the mechanism of talent innovation highland construction enabling high-quality development of urban economy: Based on the empirical data of 269 cities |

| Abstract: | Based on the data of 269 cities at and above the prefecture level in China, this paper takes the construction of talent innovation highland as a quasi-natural experiment to study the influence mechanism of the construction of talent innovation highland on the high-quality development of urban economy. Empirical results show that: talent innovation highland construction can significantly promote the high-quality development level of urban economy, and the innovation ability of a city has a positive regulating effect between the construction of talent innovation highland and the high-quality development of urban economy. The heterogeneity results show that there is spatial heterogeneity in the impact of talent innovation highland construction on the high-quality development of urban economy, and the construction of talent innovation highland has a more obvious effect on the high-quality economic development of central and western cities and larger cities. Further mechanism research shows that the construction of talent innovation highland promotes the high-quality development of urban economy by improving the level of urban investment in science and technology. |
