| Abstract: | This paper studies large amount of related documents about industrial upgrading home and abroad,sums up the connotation and routes of industrial upgrading,and analyses the close relevance between the industrial upgrading and quality advance of industrial workers in Zhejiang province.The paper emphasizes that quality improvement of industrial workers will be a very hard and important project to realize industrial upgrading and build the advanced manufacturing industry base. |
