| 摘 要： | 当前对科技决策智库的研究缺乏系统梳理国内科技决策智库体系,未能剖析其内部运行机制。在全面梳理国内科技决策智库体系的基础上,基于科技决策智库投入-产出关系构建科技决策智库内部运行机制分析框架,提出我国科技决策智库内部运行机制总体呈现以体制内组织管理机制为主等6个特点。最后,结合国外科技决策智库运行机制特点,提出若干对策建议。

Research on Chinese Science and Technology Decision-making Think Tank System and Its Internal Operation Mechanism |

| Abstract: | At present, the research of science and technology decision-making think tank lacks systematic combing of domestic science and technology decision-making think tank system, and fails to analyze its internal operation mechanism. On the basis of a comprehensive combing of Chinese science and technology decision-making think tank system, this paper, based on the input-output relationship of science and technology decision-making think tank, constructs an analysis framework of internal operation mechanism of science and technology decision-making think tank, and puts forward six characteristics of the internal operation mechanism of China''s science and technology decision-making think tanks, which includes the organization and management mechanism within the system. Finally, the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions based on the characteristics of operation mechanism of foreign science and technology decision-making think tanks. |
