| 摘 要： | 开放存取期刊是基于开放获取出版模式出版的期刊,是论文经过同行评审的、网络化的免费期刊。文章首先分析了开放存取期刊的运营机制,随后介绍了开放存取期刊的发展现状,探讨了制约其发展的主要因素———版权问题和运作经费问题,最后文章给出了发展开放存取期刊的几点建议。

| Abstract: | Open access journal is a peer reviewed,free network journal based on open access publishing mode.This article first analyzes the operation mechanism of open access journal,then gives a brief introduction to the development of open access journal and explores the main problems(copyright and operation fund) which block the development of open access journal.Finally the article brings forward some suggestions on how to promote the development of open access journal. |
