| Abstract: | The paper gives a precise definition of regional logistics capability,and analyzes its characteristic and constituent elements.Then the paper expounds the importance of improving china’s regional logistics capability in detail.Finally,the paper puts forward the strategies of improving regional logistics capability based on its constituent elements from four aspects. |
