摘 要: | G企业的研究院是其所在企业集团产品创新和科技创新的中心,建有博士后工作站等科技平台,与研究型大学或科研机构联合培养博士后,在乳制品营养、食品安全控制等领域展开深入合作研究,构筑了产学研紧密结合的研发体系。G企业立足于企业自身实际发展需求,建立健全博士后培养管理组织体系,充分利用政府、高校、海外资源,注重协同创新,在博士后培养方面具有鲜明的特色和经验。

Study on the Training Mechanism and Characteristics of Postdoctoral in State-owned Enterprises Facing Innovation-Driven Development Strategy: A Case Study of G Company |

Abstract: | In the background of innovation-driven development, post-doctoral research center is a breakthrough point for the introduction of high-level talents and the training of innovative talents in the state-owned enterprises. The research institute of G company is the center of product innovation and technological innovation of the enterprise group in which it operates. The institute has a scientific and technological platform such as post-doctoral research center and cooperates with research universities or scientific research institutions to develop post-doctoral research and development in dairy nutrition and food safety control. Based on the actual needs of enterprise development, G company establishes sound post-doctoral training management organization system, makes full use of all resources, and focuses on collaborative innovation. The institute has distinctive characteristics and experience in postdoctoral training. |
