| 摘 要： | 基于文献梳理,构建驱动技术标准联盟发展的假设模型,并以浙江省泵阀联盟为例,从市场需求、政策导向和成员网络等维度,对其发展进行分析。研究表明,市场需求是技术标准联盟形成的基础,政策导向起到了重要的推动作用,成员网络是扩大标准安装基础,提高扩散效应的主要途径,其中,核心企业在联盟发展过程中具有相当的引领作用。

Market, Policy and Member Network Driving the Development of Technical Standards Alliance: An Empirical Study on the Technology Alliance of Zhejiang Valve Industry |

| Abstract: | Technology standards alliance is an important part of the market-oriented operation system of standards, and also an effective means to promote the work of association standards. In this paper, based on the literature review, we build the driving model of technology standard alliance development, and takes Zhejiang Valve Alliance as an example. The market demand, policy direction and member network in such aspects of its development are analyzed. The research shows that the market demand is the foundation of technology standard alliance formation; policy has played an important role in promoting; member network is to expand the standard installation base and the main way to improve the diffusion effect; the core enterprise has a leading role in the development process of alliance. |
