| 摘 要： | 基于科技型中小企业信用风险较高的问题,以科技银行信用风险管理为核心,结合投资组合选择的理论思想和近年来在国内逐步发展完善的资产证券化(ABS)的融资模式框架,创新性地提出了多主体联动、风险共担的知识产权质押贷款ABS模式,在详细分析其参与主体与运作流程的基础上,就ABS模式的风险分散原理进行阐释,为解决科技型中小企业融资难问题提供了新的思路。

Research on financing mode of technology-based SMEs under the background of innovation and entrepreneurship: Based on the ABS model of intellectual property mortgage loan |

| Abstract: | In recent years, small and medium sized enterprises in China have developed rapidly, but the problem of financing is still an important factor restricting the development of technology-based SMEs. The emergence of intellectual property pledge loan has alleviated the financing problem of technological SMEs, but the traditional financing mode is difficult to solve the key pain points of technology finance. In order to solve the SME credit risk problem of high, the credit risk management of Bank of science and technology as the core, combined with the portfolio selection theory and in recent years in the domestic development of the Asset-Based Securitization (ABS) framework of the financing model, innovatively proposed multi-agent linkage, risk sharing of intellectual property rights loan ABS model, based on detailed analysis of its participation and operational process. The dispersion principle explains the risk ABS model, provides a new way to solve SME financing problems. |
