| 摘 要： | 高校是国家科技创新体系重要的组成部分,如何评价高校科技创新能力已成为学术界研究的重要课题.在对高校科技创新能力内涵和构成进行分析基础上,采用层次分析方法构建出了高校科技创新能力评价体系,对各评价指标进行了深入分析,为进一步开展高校科技创新能力评价打下了基础.
