| Abstract: | In the background of knowledge economy,we choose high-tech enterprises to study.Throng exploring the relationship between organizational learning and technical innovation,we give a statement about how organizational learning has an effect on technical innovation and then provide some suggestions to high-tech enterprises.We hope all these can make a contribution to improve high-tech enterprises’capacities of technical innovation and the international competitive in our country. |
