| 摘 要： | 基于耗散结构理论,建立运行熵和关联熵测度模型,对我国2008—2013年间知识产权管理系统运行熵和关联熵进行实证分析,进而评价系统及其各子系统的运行效率和有序度。实证结果表明:2008—2013年期间,我国知识产权管理系统及其子系统运行熵逐渐变小,表明系统运行效率呈现上升演化态势;而系统及其子系统关联熵逐渐变大,说明系统有序度呈现恶化的不良性演化态势。

The Entropy change and evolution of intellectual property management system in China based on dissipative structure theory |

| Abstract: | Based on dissipative structure theory,the paper established a measure model of running entropy and correlation entropy,then makes an evidence -based analysis about running entropy and correlation entropy of intellectual property management system in China between 2008—2013,and measures the operation efficiency and order degree of system and its subsystems.Empirical results show that:the operating efficiency of the intellectual property management system and its subsystems are rising in China between 2008—2013,however,the development trend of the order degree of system and its subsystems is deteriorating. |
