| 摘 要： | 党的十八大召开以来,国家把实施创新驱动发展战略、深化科技体制改革摆上重要议事日程,科技评价体系改革在科技体制改革中首当其要。从科技评价体系发展的过程中研究分析科技评价体系存在的问题及所面临的新挑战,提出新形势下科技评价体系改革的任务措施。

| Abstract: | Since theEighteenth Congress of CPC,China has taken implementing the strategy of innovation driven develop-ment,deepeningthe reform of system of science and technology to an important agenda.Science technology evaluation sys-tem reform is the first task in technology system reforms.This paper analyzes the existed problems and new challenges in science and technology evaluation system during the process of development,and puts forward reform measuresto science and technology evaluation systemunder the new situation. |
