我国网络广告监管创新模式研究

摘    要:从表现形式、发布途径方面对网络广告领域中违法行为的特征进行分类,再从国家政策以及地方实践的层面上,剖析当前我国在网络广告监管中取得的经验以及存在的不足之处.最后从网络经济治理的视角提出了网络广告监管的创新模式,该模式包含两个部分:网络广告监测和违法网络广告治理.
