| 摘 要： | 以国外高校成熟的科研评估系统为基础,对系统中的具体内容和权重进行必要修正后形成自己的体系是构建我国高等医学院校科研能力内部评估系统的较好方法。在英国高校科研评估系统的基础上,结合我国高等医学院校科研现状的实际,设计出更符合我国高等医学院校实际的内部评估体系,并应用专家评定法确定了各因素权重。评估因素及权重设计侧重于促进科研创新,并兼顾了科研与教学两方面要求。

| Abstract: | It is believed that the main structure of the broadly accepted system of research assessment exercises(RAE) of the overseas universities can be used as the blueprint of establishment of domestic evaluation system,but its detailed contents and the weights of the factors must be amended according to the existing problems in order to fit the special current situation of domestic scientific researching evaluation.Based on the RAE for the universities of U.K,this article constructs a self-evaluation system with detailed contents of comprehensive factors related to the power of pioneering research works.The weights of factors are established by the method of expert evaluation.The system aims to strengthen the power of both pioneer medical research and teaching work |
