| 摘 要： | 基于复合系统协调度模型,利用中国2005-2014年创新与创业发展情况的面板数据进行实证分析,结果表明中国创新创业复合系统协同程度虽然不断增强,但整体水平并不高,其主要原因是创业系统发展的不协调.在此基础上,提出维持创新系统健康发展、加大创业系统建设力度和实现创新创业协同发展的政策建议,强调政策制定应当具备适应性和前瞻性,从而为中国创新与创业的协同发展提供科学方法与决策参考.

The Empirical Analysis of Synergetic Development of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Composite System of China |

| Abstract: | Based on the coordination measurement model of composite system, this study utilizes the panel data from 2005 to 2014 of China to employ empirical analysis. They find that the development of innovation and entrepreneurship composite system increases between the last ten years, but it has a low developmental level. Moreover, the uncoordinated development of entrepreneurship system is the major reason of status in quo. According to that, the current paper advises the government to maintain the healthy development of innovation system, enhance the construction effort of entrepreneurship system and propel the synergetic development of innovation and entrepreneurship composite system. Finally, they also emphasize to keep the systematicness, adaptation and perspectiveness of policy setting. Therefore, this paper provides a scientific method and decision reference to develop the innovation and entrepreneurship composite system of China. |
