| 摘 要： | 基于2004—2013年我国30个省市的面板数据,运用动态广义据模型,分析环境规制、技术进步对我国产业结构调整的影响;并采用面板门限模型,检验在环境规制约束下的技术进步对产业结构调整的作用区间。研究发现,自主研发行为有助于地区产业结构调整,滞后一期的技术引进和环境规制对产业结构调整具有显著正向作用;在环境规制约束下,技术进步对产业结构调整的影响具有显著的门槛特征。当环境规制强度低于门槛值时,技术进步会促进我国产业结构调整,当环境规制强度高于门槛值时,技术进步对我国产业结构调整不存在明显作用。

| Abstract: | By using the panel data of 30 provinces during 2003-2013 and adopting the dynamic models by GMM,the paper analyzes the effects of environmental regulation and technological progress on industrial structure, and uses threshold panel data model to verify the interval of technological progress on the industrial structure under environmental regulations constrain. The research shows that independentSresearchSis helpful for the adjustmentSofSindustrialSstructure, the effects of the first-lagged technologySimport and environmental regulation on the adjustmentSofSindustrialSstructure are positive. The paper also shows that the effects of technological progress on the adjustmentSofSindustrialSstructure have the obviousScharacteristicSof threshold. If the intensity of environmental regulation dropped belowSa certainSthreshold, the technological progress will promote the adjustmentSofSindustrialSstructure, while if the intensity of environmental regulation hadSfarShigherSa certainSthreshold,Sthe technological progress will have noSsignificantSeffectSon the adjustmentSofSindustrialSstructure. |
