| 摘 要： | 管理科学知识呈现"管理理论丛林"之势后,面对浩如烟海的管理知识,人们在应用这些知识时感到无所适从和无法选择,因此产生相应的"丛林迷失效应",管理理论与管理实践需求之间的隔阂愈来愈深、渐行渐远.首先对管理理论与实践产生隔阂的原因进行剖析,继而在探寻管理学科属性基础上提出"设计"科学理念的引入是解决这一隔阂的有益尝试.
