摘    要:从高技术产业安全防御与界壳理论相结合的角度出发,构建高技术产业卫护界壳体系,讨论高技术产业界壳支撑度,推演界壳卫护力下限的熵判据,利用界系比判据量化测度界壳的卫护能力,从而分析支撑度、界系比与高技术产业界壳卫护力之间的相互作用关系。研究发现,高技术产业界壳卫护力的稳定程度取决于界壳支撑度的下限,支撑度过低会导致界壳体系趋向紊乱状态;界系比值的高低与界壳卫护力的强弱成正向影效应,优化后的界系比值进一步考虑指标要素的权重,评价结果更具参考价值。

Abstract:High-tech industry has significant characteristics of technology agglomeration. With the rapid development of information technology, it has gradually become an important engine of national economic development. In the past, the development of high-technology industry was rarely considered but its security defense. Combine the security defense problem with the Jieke system theory, construct the high-tech industry, discuss the support, deduce the entropy criterion of the high-tech industry innovation Jieke system and high-technology industry, quantify the protection ability of the boundary Jieke system, and compare and analyze the Jieke-system ratio indexes before and after improvement. The interaction between support, Jieke-system ratio and Jieke system force of high-tech industry is analyzed. The results found that: first, the stability of the high-tech industry depends on the lower limit of the Jieke-system ratio support, the low support will lead to the Jieke-system ratio; second, the Jieke-system ratio and the strength of the boundary Jieke system protection into positive sound effect. Empirical data show that the Jieke-system ratio of the high-tech industry innovation force boundary Jieke systeml is higher than that of the high-tech industry, which agrees before and after the improvement of the Jieke-system ratio model. Further analyzing the internal value , we found that the order of the subJieke-system ratio changes, the optimized Jieke-system ratio further considers the weight of the index elements, and the evaluation results have more reference value.This conclusion has some enlightenment to promote the innovation and development of high-tech industry.
