| 摘 要： | 科技智库评价是世界各国促进科技智库发展的重要方式。发达国家结合本国科技智库发展情况形成了不同的科技智库评价模式,主要包括以市场为主导的评价模式、以政府为主导的评价模式和以第三方为主导的评价模式。研究美国、韩国、德国等发达国家科技智库的评价模式、评价流程、评价特征及评价机构体系,研究分析各国开展科技智库评价的经验特点,在此基础上提出我国科技智库评价体系建设的启示建议。

Study on the evaluation model and the characteristics of tank based on international experience |

| Abstract: | International think tank evaluation mainly includes market-led evaluation model, government-led evaluation model and third-party-led evaluation model. The US think tank is market driven. South Korea think tank is dominated by the government. The German think tank evaluation mainly adopts the mode of the third party organization commissioned by the government. Based on the research of the evaluation process and characteristics of think tanks in the United States, Korea and Germany, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on the establishment of evaluation model, evaluation method and evaluation index system of think tanks that meet the development needs of science and technology think tanks in China. |
