摘    要:根据对铝厂压缩空气系统工况的检没分析认为,系统泄漏的主要部位是电解槽打壳下料气缸。通过分析气缸泄气的原因,采用磁控技术解决了气缸泄气的问题,并进行了利用尾气充料的研究和改造,配套开发了控制系统的软件和硬件,取得了预期的效果。

Abstract:After checking and analyzing the pressurized air system working condition in aluminium smelter,we think that the major part of system leakage is the crust breaking and aluminium feeding equipment of electrolytical pots. We have used the magnetic-control technique to solve the problem of air leakage.and the tail gas charging material technique to reform feeding system. And with the developed software and hardware in the control system,we have gotten the predicting result.
