| Abstract: | Medium-sized and small science-and-technology enterprises are important component parts of medium-sized and small enterprises. In knowledge-based society, intellectual property rights are essential factors which affect the development of medium-sized and small enterprises. Present situations of intellectual property rights construction of mediumsized and small science-and-technology enterprises are unsatisfactory. Measures should be taken to strengthen intellectual property rights construction of medium-sized and snail science-and-technology enterprises. |
