| 摘 要： | 本文运用高级发展经济学中的转型发展理论来说明转型与发展的辩证关系,以及其对转型国家的重要性。实现在转型中发展是转型国家的目标,但转型国家在转型时期的经济绩效表现出很大的差异性,而这种差异性是受各国转型之时的初始条件和约束条件的影响造成的。因此,初始条件和约束条件产生的各种影响迫使改革设计者必须在考虑它们的前提下,周密制定每个转型阶段的转型任务,帮助国家实现转型成功。

| Abstract: | It is illustrated that the dialectical relationship of transition and development,and it＇s importance by means of transition development theory in advanced development economics in this paper. The successful development in every transition period serves as the goal of transition in every transition country,while,the disparity of the economic performance,which is influenced by the initial conditions and constraint conditions before the transition initiated,has been seen in different transition countries. The reformers have to take a deep consideration of the various effects of the initial conditions and constraint conditions,and then work out a detailed transition plan including the different focus in every transition period to guarantee the success of the transition in the country. |
