| 摘 要： | 推动城市协调发展是贯彻实施协调发展理念的重要内容。文章首先构建城市经济和社会发展两个综合评价指标体系。在分析常用协调发展系数的局限性基础上提出新的协调发展系数。最后利用天津市的数据进行城市经济社会协调发展评价的实证分析。

| Abstract: | Urban coordinated development is an important content of coordinated development. Two comprehensive evaluation index system are constructed which are related to urban economy and society. Based on analyzing the limitations of the coordinated development coefficients, a new coordinated development coefficient is put forward. Tianjin’s economic and social coordinated development is discussed as an example of empirical analysis. |
