摘    要:通过构建餐饮业竞争力的综合评价指标体系,利用因子分析及聚类分析,对中国各省域餐饮业竞争力进行了实证评价,分析了其差距及原因,进而提出了相应的政策建议。

Abstract:by building the competitiveness evaluation index system,this article analyzes the competitiveness differences of China' catering industry from the provincial perspective by using the factor analysis and cluster analysis method,and analyzes the gaps and the reasons,then puts forward policy recommendations.
