| 摘 要： | 21世纪世界各国的竞争,是科技的竞争,从根本上说是人才（主要是创造性人才）的竞争,谁拥有创造性人才,谁就能在竞争中获胜。高等学校是实施高等教育的主要机构,承担着培养具有创新精神和实践能力的高级专门人才的重要任务。如何采取有效办法开发当代大学生创造性能力,是摆在我们高等教育工作者面前十分迫切的问题。本文从创造力的渊源及现阶段开发的现状出发,结合当代大学生创造性能力的开发现状,通过分析提出培养大学生创造性思维能力,是使大学生们今后能够人人都可以自我实现创造能力的最有效途径,并力图提出具体培养的措施,为现阶段从事高等教育者起到抛砖引玉的作用。
