| 摘 要： | 我国企业员工的职业安全与健康管理的问题越来越受到人们的关注.本文在分析了我国企业员工安全与健康管理存在的问题的基础上,从企业内部管理和行业主管部门分别提出了解决对策,并特别提出要加强员工安全与健康的相关法律建设.
