| 摘 要： | 跨国公司的海外直接投资在当今世界经济中占据一席之地，目前，跨国公司海外投资动机可以分为“优势寻求”以及“优势利用”两大类。诸多学者通过研究发现，海外“优势寻求”投资对新兴工业化国家以及发展中国家跨国公司的发展具有重要意义。本文选取日本跨国公司的海外“优势寻求”投资为研究对象，将日本近年海外优势寻求投资进行纵向、横向及综合对比，在探索日本优势寻求投资状况时，对中国起到一定的借鉴作用。
