| 摘 要： | 目的/意义]政务短视频的应运而生开启了政务服务与社会治理的新时代,在此背景下探讨政务短视频的内生逻辑,旨在推进我国政务短视频的健康持续发展。方法/过程]基于信息生态理论视角,从理论、实践与技术三个方面对政务短视频发展的内生逻辑进行深入分析,并在此基础上提出政务短视频发展的优化路径。结果/结论]当前政务短视频的发展存在着头重脚轻、定位模糊、追求形式和各自为战的问题,应从以下4个方面探索其优化路径,即强化顶层设计与明确整体规划,清晰自身定位与打造个性内容,整合政务账号与优化媒体生态,加强技术交流与发挥矩阵合力。

| Abstract: | Purpose/Significance]The emergence of short government videos has opened up a new era of government service and social governance.In this context,the endogenous logic of short government videos was explored,with the aim of promoting the sustainable development of short government videos in China.Method/Process]Based on the perspective of information ecology theory,this research conducted an in-depth analysis of the endogenous logic of government short video development from the three aspects of theory,practice and technology,and proposed an optimized path for government short video development on this basis.Result/Conclusion]The current development of short government affairs video has the problems of top-heavy,vague positioning,pursuit of form,and fighting by oneself.The optimization path should be explored from the following four aspects,namely,strengthening the top-level design and clarifying the overall plan,clarifying its own positioning and creating personalized content,and integrating government accounts and optimizing the media ecology,strengthening technical exchanges and exerting matrix synergy. |
