| 摘 要： | 研究目的]构建专利与创新方法相衔接的桥梁性信息结构模型,将专利法律性文献信息转变成面向不同技术路径识别的权利地图,加强专利情报信息的有效利用,对企业提升战略机会识别能力具有重要意义。研究方法]依据TRIZ创新方法应用过程中不同路径的对象信息需求,将专利信息提取为权项结构流、技术问题流、功能/效应/价值流、功能模型流、属性流五类不同的信息结构流。其中,权项结构流将法律制度约束的专利文字信息转换成可视化图形结构信息,其他四类信息流分别与问题重构、功效查找、功能裁剪、技术冲突重构四条创新设计路径匹配。研究结论]提出的专利信息分析“五流”模型面向关键专利或专利组合的制度约束,助力创新型企业充分利用关键专利文献信息,实现专利规避设计、提高创新性方案战略机会的有效识别。最后通过构建一种空气净化设备专利的五流模型挖掘出不同路径的创新战略机会,验证了方法的有效性。

| Abstract: | Research purpose]Building a bridge information structure model that connects patents and innovation methods,transforming patent legal literature information into a right map for identifying different technological opportunities paths,and strengthening the effective use of patent information,is of great significance for enterprises to improve their ability to identify strategic opportunities.Research method]According to the object information required by different paths in the application of TRIZ's innovative method,patent information is extracted into five different information structure streams of claim structure flow,technical problem flow,function/effect/value flow,function model flow,and attribute flow.The title structure flow converts the patent text information restricted by the legal system into visual graphic structure information.The other four types of information flow are matched with the four innovative design paths of problem reconstruction,function search,function tailoring,and technical conflict reconstruction.Finally,specific empirical analysis is carried out.Research conclusion]The five-flow model of patent information analysis proposed in this paper is oriented to the institutional constraints of key patents or patent portfolios,and helps innovative enterprises make full use of key patent literature information.The new model realizes patent design around and improves the effective identification of strategic opportunities for innovative solutions.Finally,a five-flow model of air purification equipment patent is constructed to dig out the innovation strategy opportunities of different paths,and the effectiveness of the method is verified. |
