摘    要:目的/意义]全面考察长江经济带人工智能产业发展态势、趋势演进及空间非均衡特征,可为长江经济带人工智能产业一体化发展的空间布局优化提供重要的政策启示。方法/过程]运用CRITIC客观评价方法,对2012-2016年间长江经济带沿线11个省市人工智能产业发展进行了定量评价,并以此为基础,分别应用探索性空间数据分析、Kernel密度估计和Dagum基尼系数及其分解法,全面考察了长江经济带人工智能产业发展的趋势演进以及空间非均衡特征。结果/结论]长江经济带人工智能产业整体发展水平欠佳,并呈现出由西部内陆向东部沿海递增的空间格局;长江经济带人工智能产业发展一直处于正向空间自相关性,存在显著“空间溢出效应”,局部集聚模式主要以H-H集聚模式为主,此外,产业发展呈现多极化趋势;长江经济带人工智能产业发展空间非均衡程度虽然在近年来呈现缩小态势,但空间非均衡程度依旧显著。

Abstract:Purpose/Significance]A comprehensive research on the development trend and spatial disequilibrium of artificial intelligence industry in the Yangtze river economic belt can provide important policy enlightenment for the spatial layout optimization of the integrated development of artificial intelligence industry.Method/Process]This paper measures the development of artificial intelligence industry in the Yangtze River economic belt from 2012 to 2016 by using the measurement method based on CRITIC.On this basis,Kernel density estimation,Dagum gini coefficient and its decomposition method are applied to comprehensively investigate the trend evolution and spatial disequilibrium characteristics.Result/Conclusion]The overall development level of the artificial intelligence industry in the Yangtze river economic belt is not good,and presents an increasing spatial pattern from the western inland to the eastern coastal area.The development level of the artificial intelligence industry in the Yangtze River economic belt has been in positive spatial autocorrelation,with significant spatial spillover effect.The local agglomeration model is mainly H-H agglomeration model.Although the overall spatial imbalance degree of artificial intelligence industry development in the Yangtze River economic belt has been decreasing in recent years,the spatial imbalance degree is still significant.
