摘    要:目的/意义]在当前核心技术识别具有重要研究意义的背景下,从专利引证视角出发,提出了一种将小世界网络特性与主路径分析结合,建立基于专利引证网络的核心技术识别与评价体系。方法/过程]首先,从引证网络的聚类系数和平均距离两个角度入手,综合评价专利引证网络的小世界特性。然后,通过局部前向搜索、局部后向搜索、全局搜索以及关键路径这4种不同的主路径方法来识别引证网络中的核心技术,并进行对比分析,最后以石墨烯技术领域为例进行实证研究。结果/结论]结果显示,石墨烯技术网络的聚类系数与平均距离值均符合小世界特性,技术信息间的传递速度快。同时通过对比4种技术演化路径,发现关键路径相较于其他方法可以识别出更多的核心技术,为产业趋势分析提供丰富的技术信息。

Abstract:Purpose/Significance]In the context of the current core technology identification that has important research significance,from the perspective of patent citation,this paper proposes a combination of small world network characteristics and main path analysis to establish a core technology identification and evaluation system based on patent citation network.Method/Process]Firstly,starting from the two perspectives of the clustering coefficient and the average distance of the citation network,the small world characteristics of the patent citation network are comprehensively evaluated.Then,through the four different main path methods of local forward search,partial backward search,global search and k-route path,the core technology in the citation network are identified and compared,and finally the graphene technology field is used as an example to prove the study.Result/Conclusion]The results show that the clustering coefficient and average distance value of the graphene technology network are consistent with the characteristics of small world,and the transmission speed between technical information is fast.At the same time,by comparing the four technological evolution paths,it is found that the k-route path can identify more core technologies than other methods,and provide rich technical information for industrial trend analysis.
