| 摘 要： | 本文从高等职业教育特点和人才培养方案出发,分析得出高职教育强调对职业的针对性和职业技能能力培养,是以社会人才市场需求为导向的就业教育.然而目前高职英语教育教学存在“一刀切”的现象,重点分析了英语教学现状及存在的问题,并提出了相应的改革措施.

| Abstract: | From the characteristics of higher vocational education and personnel training programs, this paper concludes that higher vocational education focuses on the training of students＇ career and vocational skills, so it is an employment-oriented education meeting the demand of social talent market. However, there exist the phenomenon of ＂one size fits all＂ in the present higher vocational English education. This paper mainly analyzes the current situation of English teaching and the existing problems, and proposes corresponding reform measures. |
