双师协同教学在“医护英语”教学中的实施效果分析

摘    要:目的:探讨双师协同教学在高职护理专业"医护英语"教学中的实施效果。方法:传统医护英语教学法即英语老师单独完成课堂教学任务为对照组,英语老师与护理老师双师协同教学为实验组,进行教学效果综合测试。结果:通过双师协同教学后,学生的学习兴趣度、主动参与度以及英语应用能力等综合水平与对照组相比均有明显提高,两组差异显著(P〈0.01)。结论:在"医护英语"课堂教学中实施英语老师和护理老师的双师协同教学,能强化课堂教学的护理职业导向,有助于提升学生的综合能力,提高教学效果。

Effect Analysis of Double-Teachers Team Teaching in the Teaching of Nursing English

Abstract:Aim: Inquire into the effect of doubleteachers team teaching on the teaching of Nursing English in nursing specialty of higher vocational education. Method: Take the conventional teaching way of Nursing English, that the classroom teaching be completed by the English teacher alone, as the control group. At the same time, take the doubleteachers team teaching of English teachers and nursing teachers as the experimental group. Then test the integral result of the two different teaching methods. Re sult: Having been taught by the doubleteachers team teaching, the students' level of aggregation, such as the interest measure of study, active participation and English application ability, has been improved significantly, comparing to the control group. There are the significant differences between the two groups (p〈 0.01). Conclusion: Carrying out the doubleteachers team teach ing of English teachers and nursing teachers in the classroom teaching of Nursing English, it can strengthen the nursing occu pation guide in the classroom teaching, and it is helpful to pro mote the students' level of aggregation, so the teaching result can be promoted, too.
