| Abstract: | New requirements on the quality of the Party members were put forward in the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC. However, there is still a generally existing problem that the quali-ty and quantity of student Party members in various colleges and universities are seriously uncoordinated. This article is devoted to analyze the practical problems on education and management of students Party members in the current colleges, put forward mea-sure to improve the management and education system of Party members, require grass-roots Party organizations to further strengthen the classified management of student Party members, establish long-term training mechanism, innovate education mode of Party members, improve Party members＆#39; education, su-pervision, and security mechanism, and improve the Party orga-nization. Thereby, the advancement of college student Party members in new period is brought efficiently into play, and a sci-entific and effective work system for the Party construction of col-lege students is established. |
